Cancellation Policy

Event transportation must be canceled at least 1 week prior to the start of your service. Any cancellation after the 1 week cut off will be charged a cancellation fee. This policy may vary for weddings and other large event services. Please request cancellation details when placing your reservation. No request for transportation is confirmed until the confirmation call from the company. This is usually received within 24 hours of your request being placed online. For urgent bookings, please call us directly.
